About the service

Builders Surplus, Inc. runs a surplus building-materials yard in Dallas and keeps its ledger in public: what came in, what it is, where it came from, and what it is good for next. The site publishes yard notes, reuse guides and a plain glossary of the trade; nothing on it is priced or sold online. This website publishes information about that work and accepts enquiries. Yard notes, Reuse guides, Trade glossary, Provenance records, Match requests.

No transactions on this website

This website does not sell goods or services and does not accept payment of any kind. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance by payment, and no contract is formed by reading, contacting or corresponding with us. Any engagement is agreed separately in writing.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use this site on behalf of yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting; interfere with its operation; scrape it at a rate that harms service to others; submit unlawful, defamatory or malicious content through the contact form; or use the site to infringe anyone's rights.
